An agreement to sell popularly known as ATS is document showing firm willingness to sell the property and it is followed by the sale deed. ATS is very important document in property transaction as It sets out sale prices, payment timelines etc and protects the interests of both buyers and sellers.In most of the transactions of sale of immovable property, parties first execute an agreement to sell (ATS) followed by the sale deed. In the ATS, the parties usually set out the advance sale price, the total sale price, payment timelines, time period within which sale deed is to be executed, conditions to be fulfilled by both parties, if any, etc. In some ATS transactions, the seller also hands over physical possession of the property to the buyer at the stage of ATS itself. In such cases, Section 53A of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (Section 53A), is of relevance to both buyers and sellers. This section deals with part performance of a contract to transfer an immovable property. That wasn't the original plan: Sky City, as the concept is known, was scheduled for completion earlier this year after a mere 90 days of construction.Zhang Yue — chairman of the Changsha-based Broad Group, which is developing Sky City and, for what it's worth, owns a pyramid in the Hunanese countryside — touched down on the alleged construction site in his helicopter, reporters and microbloggers took notice. Noida authority's decision to take over 25 per cent of one of city's most frequented parks, located in Sector 47, for convenient shopping (commercial) purpose has angered the residents of the neighborhood.Noida authority issued a public notification in the leading news papers for interchange of land use from green to commercial and vice-versa which created irked among the residents, NGOs and Environmentalists.Authority had received more than 300 objections against any such type of action. The authority claimed that land-use change plan was suggested by RWA ector 47d the same. When authority officials were asked about the technical ground for entertaining such types of requests they were not able to answer.Is Mater Plan is so vulnerable that any RWA or organisation can enforce upon Authority to make arbitrary changes in the Master Plan.

The HT-MaRS Youth Survey 2013 offers very interesting insights into the psyche of today’s youth. The important thing is that they are no longer willing to sit around waiting for the bus to arrive; they will start walking right up to the doors of power to get their legitimate dues. The disillusionment with the current political system is so deep that 52% of them said that they would prefer a dictatorship where things would get done.
