Are you working hard at your work place and find it monotonous and feel stressed? the works need to be enjoyed as well as others enjoyment, Ejoyment along with working is very important to avoid any stress. We need to Shift our focus from the number of hours we spend at the workplace to the quality of we put in. “All work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy.“ We have all heard this age-old saying, and in the current corporate scenario, it is equally appli- cable to all the work freaks. The people have become work alcohalic every where. After office ours the lap ton is on in the car back seat due to long travel distance from work place to
residence and at residence in the front of the TV. This has become very common routine of most of the Indian executives. Most of us belong to the school of thought that work- ing more means more pro- ductivity, Even lunch time is being used in finishing of the work. Working non-stop can be counter-productive and short breaks can actually re-energise you to accomplish more in less time. The computer and other electronic gadgets have become inherent part of the urban life style.

The competetion among the developers had led them to be customer-centric. Customer has to do negotiations with the developers about the different purchase/booking options available. Bargaining skill could lead to higher discount as well as additional benefits in finishes of the apartment like modular kitchen, wardrobes etc. As per realty expert a hearsay Unless the child cries he will never get the toy is the gist of real storey. This is important to discuss the best deal at the initial stage only while discussing about the payment plan to get the maximum discount as well as try for additional corporate amenities

While experts list coastal mega cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Bangkok, Manila, Chittagong and Tokyo as among the most vulnerable to climate change, they feel that Asian cities could lead a fight back by turning into low-carbon cities, on the lines of Hong Kong and Singapore, where the cities have not just cut down on the usage of fossil fuel, but have also developed an effective road and rail-based mass transit system.

The launch of number of new projects and the number and enquiries and booking response received by Developers has led the way towards a revival in the real estate industry. The J.P.Group has come up with number of development projects in lieu of Yamuna Expressway authority and the Lotus Bulloverd and Lotus Pancahe and number of projects launched by Amrapali has shown favorable market response. With the begining of 2010 it is heartening to note that homebuyers are taking the lead in reviving the realty market. Looking forward, it is almost certain that the residential sector will continue to play a major role in shaping future growth in the sector. For homebuyers, this also means that developers are going out of their way to woe customers, with projects to suit different tastes and budgets. As per the Koncept Voice Post meltdown the residential sector has been the fastest to recover with stabilisation of prices being the major factor. The oversupply percentage was lower compared to other sectors, where estimates were much higher than the actual demand

Every one from individual, developers as well as institutional sector to corporates are trying to adopt a tag of going green with their projects. A building at Jaipur was awarded best-learning building award of the year at world architecture festival awards (WAF) 2009 at the Centre Conventions International Barcelona, from among 611 projects from all over the world. This was the Jaipur campus of Pearl Academy of Fashion, a building designed in a way that helps in controlling the temperature of internal spaces, i.e.the temperature remains at 28 degrees celsius inside the building even though it is a scorching 46 degrees celsius outside. The main focus was to provide submissive cooling strategies such as open courtyards, water bodies and a stepwell in the academy where the students can overcome the inclement hot weather. Passive environment strategies were used in the academy to decrease power consumption , be it running of air conditioners and lighting.
