Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation plans leisure project in Gurgaon

Gurgaon is situated in the vicinity of New Delhi on National Highway Number-8 and is the Corporate Capital of India. It is also a major hub for IT/ITES industry and real estate development in north India.International competitive bids had been invited for the project by the Corporation. Bidders might be an individual company or consortium of companies or joint venture and the bidder or the lead member of the consortium should be a company listed on recognised stock exchange anywhere in the world with a minimum networth of Rs 500 crore as on March 31, 2008, the spokesperson added.

Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has decided to set up recreation and leisure project over 350 acre at village Wazirabad in Gurgaon district. While stating this here, a spokesman of the corporation said that the project would comprise commercial, residential, sports and golf course facilities.
